What an incredible journey it has been to see this stunning home come to life! Our clients from Houston, who have enjoyed the fantastic fishing at the Warm River and Henry’s Fork for over 30 years, eagerly seized the opportunity to acquire a breathtaking property on a high cliff near Ashton, Idaho.
Chris Moulder, our visionary Principal, was thrilled to design their dream home in such a spectacular setting, truly embracing the essence of the landscape. The house gracefully stretches out like a majestic bald eagle in flight—like the ones that often soar by the expansive glass façade! Facing the southeast, it offers awe-inspiring views of the dramatic cliffs to the east, lush pine-covered mountains to the south, and the beautiful rivers merging right below.
The first floor features an open living, dining, and kitchen area, with a serene owner's suite to the left and guest accommodations, a laundry/pantry, and a fly-fishing room to the right. These homeowners love to gather and entertain family and friends from Texas. The walk-out lower level is perfect for entertaining, complete with a cozy great room for cheering on Texas A&M football games, a wet bar, wine room, and a game table beside the floor-to-ceiling windows. The floor has a spacious bunk room for grandkids, plus two guest bedrooms with ensuites.
To enhance accessibility, an elevator has been seamlessly integrated into the design, allowing for easy movement between floors—whether for guests or for transporting luggage and provisions, like a case of fine wine! The outdoor living spaces are exceptional as well. The first-floor deck features an inviting dining area and a fire pit, overlooking the rivers and beautifully extending along the back of the home. Meanwhile, the ground level offers durable concrete patios, making either floor a perfect place to relax and enjoy stunning views.
The interior reflects nature with soothing neutral tones and greens, complemented by the owners' unique "Two Forks" monogram seen throughout the home. This delightful retreat is a peaceful haven for the owners and their guests, capturing the essence of outdoor adventure and relaxation.
