SPRING 2024

Spring in the Tetons seems to be a bit delayed this year. It still looks like winter out our windows. We are impatiently looking forward to warmer weather and longer days and the energy the change of seasons brings. We will need it as we have a busy time ahead. Read on to learn about some of our newer projects.

TCSD - NEW TRANSPORTATION FACILITY

We are delighted to be selected to design a New Transportation Faciity for Teton County School District. Every parent and child in the valley knows how many miles the districts buses put on and how important it is that they are maintained to protect their precious riders. The current bus barn is less than 8,000 square feet, was built in 1975 and has just 3 bays, while the district currently utiliizes 47 buses for 3,000 students. The new transportation facility will be 20,000 square feet with many more bays and will be constructed at the current site of the southern most Cow Pasture softball field.

We are grateful to continue our working relationship with the school district. Dubbe Moulder Architects also designed Munger Mountain Elementary School and we are currently working on the Bronc Achievement Center. We are excited to create a New Transportation Facility that is so needed and will be so much more functional than the existing old structure. It will be a very rewarding project to be a part of so stay tuned as the new facility progresses.

WHAT IS A LEGACY PROPERTY?
