Snake River Junction is a 43 acre mixed use land development just across the Snake River from Alpine, Wyoming.
The design of the entire site provides space for large commercial pads along the exterior edge of the property, a “downtown street” of denser “live/work/shop” structures, space allotted for a recreation center and museum, as well as a variety of multi-family housing units overlooking the Snake River and Grey’s River Canyon. This masterplan solution balances parking and vehicular circulation with dedicated open space which has recreational areas, walking paths and recirculating ponds.
