The 3rd and Little mixed use commercial building sits on the corner of 3rd Street and Little Avenue in Driggs, Idaho. This 2-story structure with a full basement, fits into a neighborhood of a small “Mom and Pop” shops as well as residences. Dubbe Moulder gave Third and Little a rustic quality so the building would blend in with the surrounding environment of Driggs, but it would also differentiate itself in a commercial sense.
The main level houses a sport retail store and a café with a small kitchen for immediate service. On the top floor are three large offices for the tenants to organize their work and businesses. The basement floor was designed with two ideas in mind, storage for all the tenants and to create a prep kitchen large enough to meet the café’s needs.
