BUFFALO JUNCTION COMMERCIAL DEVELOPMENT: Jackson Hole, Wyoming
This small commercial development is a unique blend of steel framed structures with wood and timber accents. The concept of the development was to create a collection of buildings which varied in form and scale, yet were unified by the application of materials, textures and colors. This resulted in an open, pedestrian friendly site plan occupied by three separate buildings within an informal landscape design.
This commercial development consisting of 20,000 square feet of leasable space has attracted many different business types, thereby increasing the desirability of the west side of Jackson. Many tenant improvements were completed within this complex including a Cafe, Diagnostic Medical Laboratory, Dentist Office, Outpatient Surgical Center, as well as a variety of professional offices.
